Dr. Suar's group work on Salmonella Typhimurium (STm) and Salmonella Enteritidis (SEn) infection biology in Streptomycin pre-treated mouse model especially looking at identification of new virulence factors of SEn through comparative genome wide screening approach; development of recombinant and safe Salmonella derived mucosal vaccine candidates, which are even safe in immuno-compromised mouse models. Further translational work is under progress to develop enterocolitic vaccine against common gastro-intestinal pathogens such as Vibrio, Salmonella, E. coli and Shigella. Dr. Suar group also works on several projects like Characterization of efficient probiotics and study of their molecular basis of interaction with enteropathogenic microbes like Salmonella Enteritidis; Structural and Biological characterization of virulence proteins in SalmonellaTyphimuriumand investigating the functional role of differential alanine racemase gene of Salmonella Enteritidis; Exploring bacterial LPS modification: Its interaction with host and role in virulence; Transcriptomics of Salmonella with emphasis on the small non coding RNA complement involved in the acid tolerance response (ATR) and their influence on virulence and Identification and characterization of putative virulence factors inVibrio parahaemolyticus; Characterization of emerging MDR (Enterobacter) E. coli strains causing extended neonatal sepsis; Characterization of Type IV Pilin and pilin encoding islands in Salmonella enetrica serovar Enteritidis (P121509): Origins and interactions with phages; Novel cloning and chromosomal integration techniques, phage remodeling and vaccine development, construction of a modular genetic ALU; Synthesis of different nanoparticles and understanding their implication in biological systems

Dr. Nishit Pandya is the 'Managing Director' at Nhance Dynamics. He is a unique combination of an Engineer (DE, BE, PEng), a Research Scientist (MS, PhD), a Project Manager (PMP) and an Entrepreneur with immense passion for innovation. Dr Pandya received his Diploma (DE) and Bachelor's degree (BE) in Electronics & Communications Engineering (1998, 2001) from Gujarat University, India. He then went on to receive his Masters in 'Satellite Communication' and PhD in 'Deep Space Communications' from Lancaster University (UK) (2004, 2008). Besides this, he is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA, a certified Professional Engineer (PEng) from PEO, Canada and a published senior member of IEEE. Started his professional career as a Project Engineer with Space Applications Centre (ISRO) in Ahmedabad. He then went on to work as an Electronics Hardware Engineer at e-Infochips (now Arrow Electronics) in India and USA (2001-2003). He moved to UK in 2003 to receive his Masters and PhD research degrees at Lancaster University, UK, where he then worked as Post-Doctoral Research Associate with the Department of Communications Systems, Lancaster University, UK. He also served as the Assistant Dean of Cartmel College at Lancaster University (2006-2008). In his professional career spanning 20 years, Dr. Pandya has worked in the fields of Engineering Research as well as Product Development, mainly for the Aerospace and Defence Industry. He has extensive experience in Defence Manufacturing and Standards for Quality Control and is a trained Six-Sigma Green-belt. He has presented papers in many national and international conferences. His research work has been published in many international journals like the IET (IEE), IEEE, and European Space Agency (ESA) Journal. His research contribution has been in the area of Coding & Modulation, HF Military Communications (STANAG Std). Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB-S2/T2) and TETRA Mobile Standard. He received multiple scholarships and research funding from 'Engineering and Physical Science Research Council (EPSRC), UK and FP7 EU Grants. He has worked on research projects jointly with NASA (JPL), BBC Research-UK, CISCO Systems-USA, Thales-France, HW Communications-UK, Rohde & Schwarz-Germany, Selex Communication (Finmeccanica), Spain, QinetiQ, UK. And Celestica-Honeywell, Canada. Recently he worked from 2016-2020 with L3HARRIS, Canada. In India he has worked with clients like Adani, GERMI, ONGC, SAC (ISRO) to name a few. He, has contributed significantly in the development and standardization of the TETRA professional mobile standard (ETSI), used widely in Europe. Academically, he has been teaching many subjects like Communication Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Robotics, Embedded System Design and Reliability Engineering at various prestigious institutes like, Ahmedabad University, Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Indus University to name a few. He has presented many research talks at various conferences, organised at Nirma University, Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communications Technology (DA-IICT), Ahmedabad University and many more. He has also guided many PhD and MTech students for their research projects and is also on PhD examination committees at various academic institutions in India.

Professor Dr. Rajesh S has earlier served as PRO VICE CHANCELLOR of ADAMAS University, Kolkata and as PRO VICE CHANCELLOR of REVA University in Bangalore and also as DIRECTOR to CHANCELLOR of Presidency University in Bangalore. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh has served at the most prestigious BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE, BITS-Pilani , Institute of Eminence for 11 years and then as DIRECTOR of Jaypee University of IT, Solan , HP for 5 years and as DEAN at KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar , Institute of Eminence for 2 years. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh holds his Ph.D Degree in Applied Robotics coupled with Image Processing and Computer Graphics from the most prestigious BITS Pilani titled "Robot Motion Planning using Splines, Wavelets and Image Sampling" under the esteemed guidance of Prof. R K Mittal , Ex-DIRECTOR, BITS –Pilani, Dubai. Professor Dr. Rajesh also has Double M. Tech Degree from BITS-Pilani in Sofware Systems with Specialization in Software Engineering and another M. E Degree in Robotics from BITS Pilani with B. Tech Degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati AP Professor Dr. S. Rajesh is the recipient of prestigious IEEE – USA – Senior Member AWARD in 2012 and prestigious ACM – USA – Senior Member Award in 2015 for his outstanding contributions in Computer Science & Engg related to Computer Graphics, Vision, Image Processing and Robotics areas. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh has total Academic and Administrative Experience of 24 years out of which 11 years with BITS Pilani in various Administrative positions and with Jaypee University of Information Technology for 5 years as DIRECTOR of Image Information Processing Research Group at JUIT, Solan and as DEAN at KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar for 2 years . During his tenure at BITS-Pilani for a decade, Professor Dr. S. Rajesh was responsible for the setting up of campus at BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus starting from the inception in 2006 and till its execution in 2009. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh was also the Chief Architect of BITS Admission Test (BITSAT). He also has vast administrative experience of 24 years in setting up the campus for BITS Pilani, Hyderabad and he was on the Advisory Committee for BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. He was on the Academic Council as Advisory for KIIT University and Jaypee University of IT. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh was the Founding General Chair for IEEE ICIIP 2011 & 2013 IEEE International Conference on Image Information Processing related to Computer Graphics, Computer Vision and Image Processing and 2015 IEEE International Conference on Computer Graphics, Vision and Information Security. He is also the Member of IEEE Visualization and Graphics Technical Committee and IAENG. Professor Dr. S. Rajesh is currently serving as Reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, Elsevier International Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation, Elsevier International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computation, and Program Committee Member of innumerable IEEE & Springer International Journals and Conferences Worldwide. Dr A K S Suryavanshi is a senior academic, with 27 years of experience, across corporate and academics organizations. He is former Vice Chancellor of 'SGT University', Gurugram and had held several senior leadership roles in premier organizations such as Chandigarh University, SGT University and Amity University where he also held role of Head -Executive Education. In his splendid academic career, he has been a Professor of Marketing and strategy including Visiting Professor in international universities. Professor Holds a full- time Ph. D. degree in business management, Post Graduate in Business management area and Graduate in economics area. Professor Suryavanshi has been member of prestigious Project Review Committee of CDC, DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology and International Life Science Institute. He has served on several boards of industry and academic Institutions. He has designed a large 'e-learning' course, in areas of micro-finance, that is hosted on e-learning portal of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Paris. Professor is on editorial boards of several journals such as TATVA- Journal of Management Scholars, TIMSR Journal, Journal of Knowledge Management and Information Technology, Journal of Marketing Strategy, Journal of Business Management, International Journal of Food Science and Nutrition Technology, Thomson & Ryberg and PDUAMT Business Review. He has guided 12 Ph.D. Scholars and large number of international dissertations. Dr Suryavanshi has been a coach and corporate trainer and conducted management development programs for participants from GAIL India, Glaxo Smithkline, Microtek, National Fertilizers Ltd, Godrej, Legacy Foods, IFFCO, Claas India, Kangaro, Rockman- Hero Group, Shivalik breweries, Wrigley and RBI. He is managing committee member of IIMA Alumni Mumbai Chapter. Dr Suryavanshi is a life member of 'National Human Resource Development Network', 'National Institute of Personnel Management', Life Member- 'Association of Indian Management Scholars' and member of American Marketing Association and Drucker's forum. Professor has been awarded with 'Outstanding Contribution to Education' by Dewang Mehta Edu Awards, 2016, Best Director award by BBC Knowledge in Feb, 2017, 'Vidya Rattan Award' by International Business Council in Sep, 2017 and 'Distinguished Service Award' by AIMS International, 2018. Professor Suryavanshi has been associated with University of London and Robert Kennedy College, Zurich as Instructor/ Guide besides being on advisory boards of international organizations, located in Singapore and Canada. His research interest lies in inter -section of brand redemption, technology interface and market place dynamics. He has guided several consultancy projects spread over India, Singapore, South east Asia and Europe besides mentoring several start-ups and not for profit foundations. He is resident of Mumbai and his hobbies include theatre and poetry.

Lt General Jaswal was commissioned into the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles in December 1970 and has had an illustrious career spanning 39 years. He was General Officer Commanding in Chief (GOC-in-C),Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Shimla, Commanded from October 2009 to December 2010.
He rose to the school highest rank tenable in the army(Army commander ) and was the army Cdr of the most prestigious, powerful and largest command in the Indian Army ie; The northern Command.His strategic vision is laced with immense depth of perspective and focused approach.

Maj. Gen. A.K. Channan has 40 Years of experience in various Command and Staff Assignments in the Indian Army. He has been intimately associated with the Make in India-Defence initiative since its inception in 2014 as the Army lead.
He is personally responsible for the conception and execution of the Army Design Bureau.He has led the Indian Army in the Defence Exports Council, under the Secretary of Defence Production. He has Led the Indian Army in its efforts of the Army innovation Programme and the MoD Initiative of the Innovation for iDEX.he served indian army as chairman of "Make Project management Unit".He is also Co-chair US DDTII wkg Gp on land system.he was also working as chief Executive for Army Technology board and Technology Development Fund Projects.
