Veteran Wg Cdr Jaydev Desai is a Defence and Aerospace Consultant for companies entering into D & A sector. He assists companies to take up project-based opportunities in D & A sector by providing consultation starting with creating JV with Technology provider to prototype testing and availing approvals and setting up of a regular manufacturing line. He is also consulting for all civil aviation matters like site selection for operation, all licensing, certification and approval matters etc. He is a Member of Defense and Aerospace committee of CII of Gujarat state in the country and is playing a pro-active role facilitating Gujarat MSMEs for their entry into Defense and Aerospace sector. He is associated with a few of the technical institutes and also incubation centres.An Indian Air Force Veteran, he is the only person in India having experience of setting up of both airframe overhaul and repair line as well as aero engine repair and overhaul line. He also has Base Repair Depot Manual laying down documentation and process requirement during repair and overhaul of aircraft and associated systems, while in Air Force. During Kargil war, he was in charge of all fighters deployed on South – Western Border. He has worked as the senior technical officer in fighter squadrons and was in charge of first and second line maintenance of the aircraft (line and base maintenance). He has vast experience in western (French and British) as well as Russian aviation technology. In Air Force, he received commendations for his outstanding performance and achievements three times.He has long experience in the civil organisation too and has served in various companies as CEO/ Director/ business head and plant head. He has qualitative experience in successfully operating the business unit as a profit-making entity, developing business globally, creating a distribution channel, Strategic Planning and its successful execution encompassing all the business operations.

Mr. Ravin Vyas is a person of multiple aptitudes. His 29 years of vast experience in the fields of education, collaboration and business development in as many as seven dominant industries brings in substantial advantage.He started the professional career in the field of display marketing while pursuing his degree in Master of Business Administration from De Paul University, Chicago in the year 1991. In the following three years, he trained more than 70 young salesmen for display marketing in the Midwest region of the United States. After coming back to India, Mr. Vyas commanded and expanded his family business. From textile chemicals to paint and coatings, from software solutions to digital media, and from education to rural empowerment; Mr. Vyas has displayed passionate energies into each area and has earned commendable accomplishments. Connecting the Indian Armed Forces with Industry and Academia is the mandate Mr. Vyas has been working on ever since the Make in India program has been launched. He is on board of various defence specific establishments like IDSR, DHRC and Invest India’s DRDO - TDF Fund as Independent Director, Advisor and as an Empanelled Expert. Mr. Vyas is a practioner of RashtraYog - a decipline of ancient Indian wisdom which focuses on identifying and mentoring those individuals who are willing to prioritize national interest over their personal ones and lead their lives accordingly. He has been practicing and encouraging people to “spend one day per week for nation building” since last 12 years through the VolunTeacher Movement. Indravadan Gajjar is a pioneer in product design. As a materials and manufacturing process expert he is a guru of product design from efficiency, user-friendliness and reliability point of view. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Delhi University, Delhi, India in 1979. His professional career spans 40 years in the field of product design where he has designed many electro-mechanical products using materials from Plastic, Rubber, ABS, Steel, Aluminum, Multi-PVC, Polymer, HIPS to Reinforced Carbon-Fiber. He started his career working as a Project in-charge at Pragati Medan, New Delhi for Gujarat Export Corporation in 1981. At the prime of his career he joined one of the most prestigious product design company Golden Triangle in Ahmedabad, as Assistant Product Designer to serve a career spanning 10 years. He then moved on to work as a Senior Product Designer and a Technical Consultant at GELCO Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad for 16 amazing years designing 200+ products. In 2004 he started his own consultancy and product designing company – TECHART, where he has been working very closely with OEM companies like Cimcon Software, Reve Automation, Teksun, OCLEG, Secure Meters, GELCO, ELLICO, Rapid Radio, Meditab, Missar India, ONGC, Robokits India, Jaydeep Electronics just to name a few. He has also worked on projects as mentor or lead for National Institute of Design (NID), National Innovation Foundation (NIF), ONGC, Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI), CPWD Delhi, Uttar Gujarat Vij Corporation Ltd. (UGVCL), Gujarat Power, Indo-German Tool Room, Space Application Center, ISRO and many more. In his free-time he also serves as a mentor for many student projects and start-ups in Gujarat. He is also an honorary project mentor for academic projects at L. J. Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad. He has also designed different types of 3D printers for a few OEMs and also owns a 3D Printer manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He has designed and created working models and instruments for various Institutes and Universities like ONGC, PDPU, BVM, Uttaranchal University, Dibrugrah University. He holds an international patent for Universal Ortho Dental Clip as a co-inventor among many other awards and accolades he has received over the years.

Sandeep Vaidya is the 'Managing Director at Dazzle Robotics Pvt. Ltd. A robotics design company parenting the ecommerce site www.robokits.co.in. He received his Bachelor of Engineering from the prestigious Nirma University, (Ahmedabad, India) in 2007, Sandeep is the founder of India’s very first and the most successful online store dedicated to Robotics, DIY and Hobby Electronics called ”Robot Kits India” (www.robokits.co.in). He ventured into the business immediately after finishing his engineering degree from Nirma University in 2007. Soon after, in 2009 he co-founded another Startup called “Dazzle Robotics Pvt. Ltd.” which is an end-to-end solutions company providing services from Design, Development, Prototyping and Manufacturing of complete marketable products. The products designed by him range from Industrial Automation, RF & Wireless Systems, IOT & Home Automation, Motion & Control Systems, Embedded Devices, Wellness Devices, Medical Devices and Cloud based Software. He is also successfully running one of the busiest manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, with state-of-the-art, pick-and-place machine for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) manufacturing. In his career spanning just 12+ years, he has designed and developed 75+ fully marketable products for various OEMs and most of these products are being manufactured at Dazzle Robotics manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Currently, besides working as one of the directors of Dazzle Robotics Pvt. Ltd., Sandeep, as a ‘Partner and Head of Electronics & Software’ is now involved in the design, development and bring-up of all the products at Nhance Dynamics.
